Gift Registry Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing The Pine Needle for your bridal registry and gift-giving needs. These terms explain how registry gifts, unavailable merchandise, exchanges, store credit, and order pickup are handled.
In-Store Pickup Only
The Pine Needle is currently offering in-store pickup only. We do not currently ship registry gifts or other merchandise.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up from our store during regular business hours. Please bring your order confirmation or a valid form of identification when picking up an order.
The customer or an authorized person may pick up an order. The Pine Needle is not responsible for orders that are not picked up in a timely manner. Please contact us if you need to make alternate pickup arrangements.
Unavailable Registry Gifts
While we make every effort to keep registry items available, some products may become temporarily unavailable, backordered, discontinued, delayed by the manufacturer, or unavailable from our vendors after a gift has been purchased.
If a guest purchases a gift from a bride’s registry and that exact item is not available when the bride is ready to receive it, The Pine Needle will issue the bride a gift certificate or store credit in the amount paid for the unavailable item.
The gift certificate or store credit may be used toward the original item, once it becomes available to order; a replacement item of the bride’s choice; or any other eligible merchandise available in our store.
Availability, delivery dates, and restock timelines are determined by the manufacturer or vendor and may change without notice. We cannot guarantee that a backordered or unavailable item will become available again.
Gift Certificate Responsibility
Gift certificates and store credits issued for unavailable registry gifts are the responsibility of the bride to keep and redeem.
The bride is responsible for contacting The Pine Needle when she is ready to use the gift certificate or store credit, including if she would like us to check whether the original item is available to order. Gift certificates and store credits must be presented or identified at the time of redemption.
The Pine Needle is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, forgotten, or unused gift certificates or store credits. Gift certificates and store credits cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be transferred for cash value.
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
If an item is eligible for an exchange, store credit may be issued instead of a refund. Store credit may be used toward future purchases at The Pine Needle.
To be considered for store credit, merchandise must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. Items that have been used, damaged, personalized, special ordered, final sale, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for store credit.
Store credit decisions are made at the discretion of The Pine Needle. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded to a credit card, or applied to previous purchases.
Registry Gift Purchases
Guests are encouraged to purchase gifts directly through the bride’s registry whenever possible. Registry availability may change, and purchasing a listed item does not guarantee that the item will remain available from the manufacturer or vendor.
When a registry gift is unavailable, the bride—not the gift giver—will receive the gift certificate or store credit for the value of the purchased gift. This allows the bride to choose whether to wait for the item, select a substitute, or apply the value toward another purchase.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a registry gift, creating a registry, or accepting a gift certificate or store credit from The Pine Needle, customers and brides acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these Gift Registry Terms & Conditions.
